What We Do: Serving the Community in Love and Action 

At LIFE CHANGING WORD, we believe that our faith is best shown through actions that uplift, support, and serve our community. Our outreach initiatives are designed to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those around us. Here’s a look at the different ways we’re making a difference: 

Food Assistance Programs Feature One

Our Food Assistance Programs provide essential groceries, including fresh produce, canned goods, and pantry staples, ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry. We also offer meal distributions during special holidays, helping families celebrate with dignity and joy. Each meal kit includes everything needed for a complete, nourishing meal, bringing warmth and togetherness to those we serve.
Our goal is to foster a community where everyone has access to nutritious food and the resources needed to thrive.

Clothing & Essential Supplies Drives 

Our church is dedicated to helping families access essential items to meet everyday needs. We collect and distribute gently used clothing, such as coats, hats, gloves, and blankets, providing warmth and comfort to those who may struggle to afford the basics. Additionally, we support students with back-to-school supplies, ensuring that every child receives backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and other essentials needed to begin the school year with confidence and readiness.
Through these initiatives, we aim to empower families and children, giving them the resources they need to thrive in daily life and educational pursuits.

Youth & Family Support Programs 

Our Youth & Family Support programs are designed to foster growth, resilience, and healing. We offer recreational activities that provide young people with a safe and encouraging environment to build confidence, develop skills, and pursue a positive path forward through sports, arts, and guidance. For families facing difficult times, we provide counseling and support groups to address challenges like financial struggles, grief, and relationship issues. Our goal is to offer a compassionate space where families can find understanding, practical advice, and the support they need to heal and thrive together. 

Evangelism and Spiritual Guidance 

Our church is dedicated to spreading hope and love through our Community Outreach and Spiritual Growth programs. We believe in connecting with our neighbors and sharing the message of Christ with everyone. Our team of volunteers actively engages with the community, offering prayer, faith-based support, and spiritual guidance to those seeking a deeper connection with God. Additionally, we host Bible studies and faith workshops that welcome both newcomers and seasoned believers to explore the Bible, deepen their understanding of faith, and strengthen their spiritual journey. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster a community rooted in faith, hope, and support for one another.
