- All Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (some frozen and canned) read labels
- All Quality Oils (Olive, Canola, Peanut, Sesame)
- Whole Grains (Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Pastas, Oats, Barley, Popcorn, Whole Wheat & Corn Tortilla)
- All Nuts and Seeds (read labels)
- All Beans
- Other: Tofu, Soy Products, Seasonings (w/ no msg, must be all natural), Vinegar, Salt, Herbs Spices, Soy Sauce, Hot Peppers/Sauce

No Sugar (Raw, Honey, Syrups, Molasses)

Just A Little Information To Help You Out!
- Sit down and be specific on what you are believing God for. * Write it down, Make a list
- You can use tofu with anything, but please read labels, some tofu have preservatives. (It should say, soybean and water.)
- Brown Rice can be eaten with anything. It should say, Whole grain brown rice.
- Soy Milk / coconut milk can be used for smoothies or oatmeal and some cereal in place of milk . But read labels. It should say soybean and water. (I use the one that you buy off the shelf, not in refrigerator)
- You can use organic Vegetable Broth, but make sure the ingredients are all vegetables and no preservatives.
- Any Nuts are best to snack on during the day. Mix it with some raisins or dried fruit. Label should just have nuts your eating and salt.
- Chips are also ok, as long as the label read whole grain or corn and salt. No Fried but baked.
- Salsa and Guacamole is also best.
- You can use seasoning except if MSG is added. (like season salt) Soy Sauce is ok but organic (trader joe's carry it) pure vanilla extract is ok.
